Processing Time
- All orders of in-stock items require 1 to 2 business days for dispatch.
- For orders containing pre-order or backordered items, please note that your order will be held until all items are available to ship. Please check the product page of any pre-order or backordered item for its estimated dispatch date.
Estimated Delivery Times
We use Australia Post for all shipments. Domestic (Australian) customers can choose from Parcel Post or Express Post depending on your needs. New Zealand-based customers will receive Australia Post International Express.
All orders ship from our fulfillment partner in Eastern Creek (Sydney). To estimate transit times, please visit the Australia Post Delivery Speeds and Coverage page.
Please note that all delivery times noted are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur.
Package Protection
If you encounter any issues with your shipment, such as it being lost, stolen, or damaged, we’re here to help. Please ensure that any issues are immediately documented and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.
Missing or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or if you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to assist you in tracking down your package.
